Group Class Description

vinaysa Yoga

Enhance your strength, balance, flexibility and stability in this flowing yoga class. Designed to strengthen and stretch all major muscle groups by combining breath with movement. Leave feeling stronger and more centered. From beginners to advanced, this class is for everyone!

These workouts are designed to improve your overall fitness – strength, cardio, flexibility, agility and endurance! We want to challenge you differently in every class! All levels are welcome, modifications are always offered.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a posture-based yoga class designed to strengthen your body, balance your energy and push your boundaries. The Sanskrit word “Hatha”  translates to “force” or “forceful” and this practice will help bring harmony to the forces we all possess. All skill levels welcome.

High Intensity Interval Training

Class concept is to perform a short burst of high-intensity (or max-intensity) exercise followed by a brief lower-intensity activity, repeatedly. This high-energy class is something you’ll look forward to each week! Modifications are always provided so all fitness levels are welcome.

Restorative Yoga

This is a slower paced yoga class where postures are held for longer periods to provide deeper stretching and relaxation throughout the body. Helping ease the mind and calm the body, this class is pertect tor unwinding after a long day or week.

Cardio Hip-Hop

Try to catch the beat and your breath! Move and groove to fun and energizing music in this cardio hip hop class designed for all levels. You will take your body through a variety of movements that are sure to get your heart rate up and improve your tocus and coordination. Just bring your smiles and get ready to sweat!

Exercise has never been so fun! This easy-to-follow cardio dance class combines high energy, motivating music with unique movements. These fun dance combinations will make you feel like you are partying on the dance floor. Zumba is the best way to “dance away your worries”!

Fight night!! An action-packed class that teaches proper punching & kicking techniques and gives you a full body, kick-butt workout. Kickboxing will improve your balance, stamina, strength, focus and precision. All levels are welcome.

Total Body Strength

Build strength, add definition, increase bone density and decrease body fat by INCREASING lean muscle. Adding lean muscle to the body can speed up your metabolism and burn more calories working out and at rest. Use a variety of weight training equipment and bodyweight exercises to improve your body composition – no muscle gets neglected!

This cycling class provides a challenging cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels! Experience a full ride of hills, sprints and endurance intervals with energizing music and motivational instruction.
